3. Bookings & Payments

We accept bookings through multiple platforms, including our website and third-party booking partners such as FareHarbor, Viator, Airbnb Experiences, and others.

• Payment terms vary by tour and are disclosed at the time of booking.

• Some tours may require full payment upfront, while others may allow deposits.

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. High-End Hawaii does not store full payment or credit card details.

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies vary by tour and are clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
